Dr. Monica provides group and one-on-one, personalized coaching to individuals desiring to publish their wisdom in a book. She specializes in helping individuals navigate and overcome life’s debilitating hurt, pain, betrayal, and disappointment that is experienced from the church, family (children, parents, spouse, etc.), friends, marriage/divorce, and workplace. Dr. Monica approaches each session authentically, transparently, and confidentially. She uses her proprietary CARE Model (Cry, Acknowledge, Release, Engage) as well as coaches and instructs Indie authors. When teaming with Dr. Monica, expect to:

Dr. Monica provides consulting services, including instructional design and project management, to nonprofits and for profit businesses. She specializes in keynote/guest speaking, staff development workshops, and training sessions focused on overcoming workplace and business challenges (i.e. microaggressions, glass ceilings, managing difficult conversations) to create wholesome, equitable environments. She uses her proprietary UnReLearn Model (Unlearn, Relearn, Learn). When teaming with Dr. Monica, expect to:
