Dr. Monica Y. Jackson is a multitalented entrepreneur, author, speaker, coach, and consultant with more than 25 years of experience in project management, digital adoption, information and educational technology, instructional design, public speaking, teaching, creative services, and more. She holds three certifications from WalkMe, Inc. — Project Manager, Solution Engineer, and Solution Builder — and completed Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform Administration training. She is also an Extreme Excellence World Record holder, visionary, and event planner for two signature projects: T4: Trials, Triumphs, Truths and Tears and M4: Men, Message, Mission, Movement virtual summits.

Dr. Monica empowers and inspires men and women to heal by facing reality head on, instead of covering up, pretending, putting on a brave face, or blindly following those who lack character, integrity, ethics, and morals. She encourages individuals to replace expectations with requirements, think for themselves, learn to drive under the influence of pain, and courageously navigate. She was self-aware and confident at a young age, evident by her knack for writing, which was recognized when she was in the second grade. Her teacher submitted her essay entitled, “I Am Somebody” to KABC-Channel 7 Los Angeles, and she won the contest. Dr. Monica earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership, concentrating in higher education, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Associate of Arts in Paralegal Studies, and Associate in Arts. She also graduated from a school of ministry to unlearn and deconstruct discrepancies and falsehoods that she learned while growing up in Christianity. She was born, raised, and resides in Southern California.
