Dr. Monica helps students master classroom concepts, improve study habits, and fill knowledge gaps. She has instructed, coached, and mentored K – 12, undergraduate, and graduate students. She has also written standardized tests questions for test preparation firms.

Academically, Dr. Monica earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership with a concentration in higher education, Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. She also earned certifications in digital adoption platform (DAP), customer relationship management (CRM) and project management.

She is a former Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs, Special Project Director, Distance Education Coordinator, Professor, and Instructor at afterschool programs in the community and public schools.
